СЕКРЕТАРЬ (контакты) app for iPhone and iPad

A convenient and intuitive Application where you can create Contacts, group them into Groups. And you can combine into Groups and the Groups themselves, etc.
You can share Groups, Contacts with other users of the Application in a convenient way for you.
Visually, Contacts and Groups are displayed as a list in the Catalog, which has several modes:
- read mode (default mode-individual operations)
- edit mode (group operations)
- actions mode (group actions, such as sending SMS or emails to the selected Contacts or entire Groups)
- search mode (smart search, which searches all the data of Contacts and Groups)
Also, for your convenience, the Catalog has 3 sorting modes:
- by last name
- by first name
- your own sorting
The Contact and Group list has many graphical elements that will help you by looking at the list, identify basic Contact or Group data without opening the view all data screen. They are simple and intuitive.

In the FAVORITES section, you can manage the Contacts and Groups you have previously added to your favorites.

The Application has a CALLS section where you can dial a number or easily and quickly find an existing one thanks to the built-in T9 search mode (like in old button phones!), combined with the search by phone number. If the number you are dialing does not exist, you can immediately create a new Contact or Group. Yes, I didnt confuse anything because Groups also have phone numbers and many other data that make them virtually indistinguishable from Contacts.

In the ABILITIES section youll find some useful and frequently used functions:
- Contacts import (to copy all Contacts from your gadget)
- Contacts export (to copy all Contacts from the Application in your gadget)
- Duplicates deleting (all explicit duplicates of your Contacts will be deleted using the intelligent algorithm)
- View events (display all upcoming events of Contacts and Groups, please note that you will also be notified of the approaching events if you agree)
- Email developer (ask a question directly to the developer without leaving the Application)

In OPTIONS you can enable or disable the desired functions of the Application, select color scheme, all changes will be immediately applied.

Of course I have not told a quarter of what this Applications can do! Let me draw your attention only to some of the key features that may be initially not obvious dating:
1. A contact can be added to several Groups at once. This will allow you to use Group operations very flexibly in the future.
2. On the view Contact or Group data screen (this is the screen that appears when you click a Contact in the Catalog list), you can long-press any data (for example, name or phone number) to bring up an action window where you can copy the selected data, or add it to the previously copied data.
3. The Applications also has a built-in one-way synchronization of data for the Contacts Applications with the Contacts on your Gadget. This synchronization is switched on and off in SETTINGS a few settings, not all of which are enabled by default.

All other functions and features are described in the Application or simply intuitive.
